• New website. The Local Sites Pro website now has a page for each use case, trade and AI assistant, plus in-depth guides on rank and rent, pay per call and local SEO.
• Design tools over MCP. You can change a site's theme and section layouts from Claude or ChatGPT using the update_website_design tool. Changes go live when you publish.

August 2026

• Local Sites Pro 3.0 public launch. Two new plans: Starter at $15 one-time for 3 sites, and Pro at $119 per year for unlimited sites. $119 is the launch price.
• MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. Create sites, check build status and list your sites by asking your AI assistant.
• One-click OAuth connect. Connect the MCP server to your AI assistant in one click, or use a personal API key from the Account page.
• Page editing over MCP. Read and update any page's content from Claude or ChatGPT, then publish when you are happy with it.
• Dry run for create_website. See the build brief and the estimated cost before anything is created.
• Google Search Console integration. Connect in one click, with support for multiple Google accounts. See daily clicks, impressions, CTR and position by page and by query.
• Opportunity finder. Find pages with a low click-through rate and keywords sitting just outside the top results, where a better title or page usually helps first.
• Business identity options. Add owner details and social profile links, and they appear on your generated sites.
• Build-complete emails. Get an email when a site finishes building, so you do not have to keep checking the dashboard.
